
Rental area:about 20,000 square metres (office and R & D area of about 4,000 square metres, plant about 16,000 square metres, can be leased separately according to the needs of enterprises), the internal local design of the office area and the plant combined as a whole, with a glass partition corridor in the middle, not only for the observation of daily production, but also to meet the spatial privacy requirements of office management.
The plant is a concrete frame structure, the span of the main plant is about 20 metres, the ground load is 50KN/m2, which can carry heavy and large production lines.
The factory buildings in the park are built according to the standards of production requirements of Fortune 500 companies, with novel and modern appearance design, high-end atmosphere of the main façade, which can better highlight the industry culture and entrepreneurial spirit compared with ordinary factory buildings. There are sufficient parking spaces in the park, with a total of about 400 parking spaces, including 17 charging spaces and 6 large truck parking spaces. The green coverage rate of the park reaches more than 15%, and there is about 5000 square metres of centralised greening on the south side of the office area, creating an ecological landscape park and leisure area in the park.
The plant adopts green and clean energy such as ground source heat pump and photovoltaic power generation. In particular, about 9,000 square metres of photovoltaic power generation panels installed in the park use solar power to generate electricity, which can help enterprises save about 15% of their electricity bills throughout the year, greatly saving their costs.
